These GTC govern the sale of digital subscriptions on the website www.mariongalut.com, which provide access to secure video content.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions before making any payment.

The website offers three monthly subscription options.

The purchase entitles the customer to unlimited access to view the videos on the dedicated page for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

Hosting: The videos are hosted by bunny.net.
Access: Access is via a unique encrypted URL, sent by email immediately after online payment: this link serves as authentication.

PRECAUTIONS:

This work presents an artistic and research approach. It does not fall within the medical or therapeutic field. Immersive devices may include visual and auditory stimuli that are not recommended for certain individuals (epilepsy, heart conditions, severe psychological disorders). If in doubt, medical advice is recommended. Participation remains voluntary and may be discontinued at any time.

Access to one or more subscription pages is strictly personal.

Device limitation: Access is restricted to a maximum of three (3) different connections/devices (computer, tablet, or smartphone). A technical cookie linked to a Cloudflare KV database is used to verify this limit. The first three devices connected are permanently registered and cannot be changed. Any connection from another device will display the message: “Too Many Devices.”
Customer responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for keeping their access link safe. Sharing the link with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Penalties: If abusive or malicious sharing is detected, or if quotas are exceeded, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend access without notice or refund.
Cancellation: The subscription can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, it will be automatically renewed each month. Cancellation must be done via your subscription area.
Login email: Your login information is sent by email after purchase. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or check your inbox on another device. For example, if you do not receive it on your Gmail app on your smartphone, it may be in your computer's Gmail inbox.
VPN: To avoid any connection or security issues, please disable your VPN before accessing the service.

Payment is processed by the LemonSqueezy platform, acting as a reseller (Merchant of Record).

Prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes (TTC).
The invoice is issued and sent automatically by LemonSqueezy after the order has been confirmed.

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By confirming their purchase, the customer accepts immediate access to the content and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal. No refunds will be made after the access link has been sent.

The Publisher may occasionally offer discount coupons with different discount percentages, valid when purchasing one of the subscriptions offered by the website www.mariongalut.com.

A coupon may be granted after sending feedback by email.

This coupon is personal, non-transferable, and time-limited. The granting of the coupon remains at the Publisher's sole discretion.

Data collected: Email (via LemonSqueezy) and technical identification token (required for protecting and sharing the streaming video).
Cookies: No advertising cookies are used. Only a “strictly necessary” technical cookie is stored for session management and access security (limit of 3 devices).
Retention: Data related to the session and identification in Cloudflare KV is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days, then automatically deleted.

The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of:

Temporary interruption of the Bunny.net or Cloudflare.com service.
Incompatibility of the customer's browser with video players.
Fraudulent use of the link sent by email by a third party as a result of customer negligence.
