Métasynergie

The art of experience

Metasynergy refers to my artistic practice, which is dedicated to exploring perception and states of consciousness.

It brings together immersive installations, light-based videos, sound installations and performances within a single experiential framework.

My work lies at the intersection of immersive arts, contemporary research into perception, hypnosis, neuroscience and a meditative and energetic practice I have been pursuing for over thirty years.

All these forms share the same dynamic: the viewer is no longer a mere observer; they become an active participant and co-creator of the experience. The work acts as a field of interaction where perceptible forces—light, sound, movement—encounter more subtle dynamics—breath, concentration, intention, energy.

It is not an object to be contemplated, but a space to be traversed. The synchronisation of sensory languages creates a perceptual coherence: focus stabilises attention, temporal progression guides the perceptual system, and rhythm intensifies presence.

This process of sensory, technological and energetic convergence produces an overall effect that transcends the simple sum of its parts: a form of artistic alchemy. It is neither about representing nor demonstrating, but about creating precise perceptual conditions in which consciousness can shift, intensify or move.

My performances extend this exploration into direct interaction. Through slow movement, sustained attention and a focus on presence and radiance, I open up a space where gaze, intention and energy become active. The performance becomes a shared vibrational field, conducive to the emergence of a unique experience.

The process acts as a bridge between the conscious and the subconscious. The experience may remain purely aesthetic or sensory, or it may gradually lead to an expansion of consciousness.

These dimensions coexist without any hierarchy and can be explored in greater depth depending on the individual’s level of engagement.

Metasynergy provides a framework within which perception, intention and presence can resonate.

Art then becomes a catalyst: not a discourse on states of consciousness, but a situated experience.
